The Method

How it's made

  1. 01

Place frozen sausages on a microwave-safe plate and microwave on high for 3-4 minutes or until fully cooked and juicy.

  2. 02

While sausages cook, heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat with a light brush of oil.

  3. 03

Place the frozen paratha in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and flaky.

  4. 04

Slice the cooked sausages into halves lengthwise and sprinkle generously with black pepper.

  5. 05

Place the sausages in the center of the warm paratha, roll tightly, and slice diagonally to serve.

For extra crispiness, microwave the sausages first and then sear them briefly in the pan with the paratha.
