The Method

How it's made

    Pat the beef slices dry and toss them with the masala spices and salt until well coated.

    Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat until shimmering.

    Add the beef in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes until browned and caramelized.

    Toss in the sliced onions and sauté for another 2 minutes until tender.

    Remove from heat, garnish with fresh cilantro, and serve immediately.

Slice the beef against the grain to ensure it remains tender after cooking.
